"Virtual Lego" CDROM Contribution  

The "Virtual Lego" book by Tim Courtney, Steve Bliss, and Ahui Herrera contains a CDROM with a gallery of various Lego CAD related projects by numerous people. My contribution to this was a ray traced image of my Hook Lift Truck model, featuring the full model rather than just the chassis shown previously on this website. A side effect of doing this was to get me seriously into many aspects of ray tracing (again), and as a result I continued refining the image after it was submitted for the gallery. The result follows, the major difference being the application of "stickers", and quite a few other subtleties.
